Fleet Driver Tuition
Our Instructor is on the D.S.A. Fleet Trainer Register. We can provide all your fleet driver training needs. Please feel free to contact us for an informal chat.

Providing training for your employees who drive as part of their duties will help provide you with due diligence in regard to the following legislation:

Corporate Manslaughter & Homicide Act - 2007. This came into force in April 2008

Health & Safety (Offences) Act - 2008. This came into force in January 2009.

Company Directors & Managers who ignore the management of employees driving for work could face a fine of up to £20,000 or 2 years in prison under the new Health & Safety (Offence) Act. It is aimed at individuals who break Health & Safety rules. Unlike the Corporate Manslaughter & Homicide Act any breach does not have to result in death!
